I have photoshop cs2. I need to change the size to a thumbnail for my website but I'mnot sure how. Do I just reduce the size? If so,what size?

You can reduce the size to whatever size you want a thumbnail to be. I usually just use image > resize and change the dimensions.

They can be any size you want. DPC uses 120px for the longest side, which I think is a good size to use :)
