I had many other things in my mind for zen

Isn't that a contradiction? ;-P

I had none yesterday. After I took my shot and put on the website, and visited a few zen websites, the light-bulb went off, and I had many other ideas. They are pretty similar ideas, and could be done with very small or no expense at all.

If I wanted, today I could probably come up with at least 5 more ideas, which 3 or 4 of them would be similar, and I would beat myself all night which one I should enter.

Next... "action" or "bits&pieces" :P

and I don't have any idea yet :/

(I am trying to enter as much as challenges I can. This will mature my photography I believe. I am against entering "anything and everything"... if I can't, I won't... so far, I have)

I changed mine three times. I think I am all set now, finally. Didn't do what I wanted to, but I am still very happy with the entry.

I have a feeling, you will have some "question marks" during oh... what, 9 hours... and "might" change your idea, probably enter one of the previous one... or retake the current one...

Naaaa....

Good luck with your entry ;)

heehee, I can't retake the current one, but I'm done trying to figure out which one to enter. I had a lot to choose from, so now it's just a matter of whether I made the right choice. Probably not. ;>/

Good luck with yours!

Think you should all pass on this one... It's all mine... mine I tells ya!
Oh wait... must... think... pure... thoughts.

I have a strong feeling no one else will understand how mine ties in with the subject, but to my mind it does so that's that.

I'll pretty much assume everything is zen to someone in some way. So no one loses any points for DNMC from me.

I still have to like your picture, though... no free high scores. :-)

This is exactly how I feel. This is pretty much any kind of picture goes as long as it is serene, so I will be voting on likes, unless someone enters a raging house fire scene. :D

Edited for spelling. Sheesh. Someday I will learn how to spell. Maybe when I'm 90.

I'm in. I was sitting this challenge out(time restraints) but had a serendipitous moment shooting 'action' and captured a simple image that I doubt I could pull off if I tried lol.

Mine is simplistic, serene, silent, and harmonious. That should cover it. :>)

I think you mean "simple", not "simplistic" :)

No, I meant simplistic. The word means unrealistically simple, so it's just another form of "simple".

I'm always amazed at how much I learn here... ;0)

Ahhh, well. Simplistic it shall be. :)

For the record, "simplistic" is not just another form of "simple".

I'm finally participating after a long absence of a couple of weeks, somehow I feel it won't do very well but I wanted to get some comments, I'm glad to read Melethia's post about DNMC because mine is a big candidate I think :D

*I think I just made a mistake by mentioning it*

Uhm... I think my entry is... I say no more ;)

Mine is about concentration and stillness, I hope people are able to pick that up.
07/30/2006 05:21:05 PM · #97
I looked up "silent photography" on google. It was wonderful some of the images I saw. A few inspired me, but I just couldn't pull them off. I took a bunch of shots and just went with what I have. I really can't say how it will do, but I know I am much happier with it then my first try.

I'm entry #206. I'm content with it. :-)
