Over the last few weeks I have noticed that when I upload on image here, it looks quite different to the original. I am loading images is the same way I have always done, but something is wrong. On here some suddenly pixelate themselves, or get a colour cast even though they are B&W or they darken significantly, or devlop big banding. Any ideas why?

For eg. This one has developed a green cast on the dark clouds, and the clouds have darkened signicantly into a blob.
