I have gone the past two years and really enjoyed it. I will go again this year too. The trade floor is great if you are in the market to purchase a new camera or see the very latest announced products, but the seminars are really where the action is for all levels of photographers. Last year, I attended a wonderful seminar on portrait lighting and met several other participants with similar interests. It was a fun event and I recommend it to all.

maybe we should have another dpc get together...?

the nights of oct 30th and nov 1st are probably the two best nights of the seminar to get together, seeing as some of us might want to go to the halloween parade on the night of the 31st :)

I'd be interested in a get together. I missed that last one. I'm not sure what day or days I plan on attending the conference, but definitely not on halloween. Just let me know and I will try to make arrangements.

mm I am not sure of my availibility that WE. I am in Reston, VA. Could potentially do it bit without guaranting it for now

Yes, I will participate too. Sorry for the delay, I have been flying all day (Toronto to San Francisco). I will plan for just two of the three days in NYC, so let pick the best date. As I will be traveling, I am flexible to other folks schedules.

okay folks... i figure we should meet at 7pm on saturday night (nov 1st) at the statue of jacob javitz in the lobby of the convention center.
