Congratulations to our fellow-DPCer Manuel Librodo on his first One-man Photo Exhibit.
Opening held last night at the One Workshop Librodos Exhibit at Makati City, Philippines.
I took some photos for you to see. It was my first time to meet Manny.

Thank you so much Dave. It really was an honor having you and your wife in the opening of my first evr exhibit. You've represented the dpchallenge community well.
Please give me a CD of the pictures and if it's okay with you, I would like to open up a gallery of the "opening day" in my pbase account. And I am looking forward to have the photo session with you.
If you can keep this in your portfolio for a while (a week would be okay)I will direct my friends to this page.

Wow, Congrats Manny, to bad I can't attend, but I will congratulate you as soon as you are back in Bangkok.
It must be realy amazing to see your photo's like this, I realy wish I could see it myself.

Congratulations Manny. I was wondering the same thing Robert mentioned about the guests and their cameras. Did you give them any pointers? :)

yap! manny gave us, his guests, a lot of pointers. he explained when and where the shots were taken, the lighting involved, etc. He even told us how he usually approach total strangers to "pose" as subjects. yeah. :P
(i'd love to be a master of approaches when it comes to street photography, still a long, long way to go.)
come July 8, Manny will have a workshop. Good only for 20 "privileged" students.
