Has anyone tried this? It creates a toolbar in your browser (I can't remember if it is supported by browsers other than Firefox). Anyway, it allows you to comment on web pages, among other things. I just tried it and added the first comment about DPC (basically just describing it). You can do a search while you are on a certain page and Purple Bunny will come up with comments and user provided links to similar content. Or you can simply read comments about the page you are on. When you comment on a page you can add links, images, etc.

Google has a similar function--I guess you would call it a plug-in. I'm not sure which tool is more comprehensive.
