Me too. I would like to get into portraiture by next summer, yeah it's far away but that's the earliest for me, in order to do senior photos for my sister and maybe her friends too. I'd like to start getting a few ideas before then and this would be perfect!

I would like to see a portrait lighting thread started up. I am moving towards doing more portraiture but would like to focus on maternity and newborn photography. I realize to run a business I need to pay bills so I may end up doing family portraiture as a way to make ends meet when I go public with my photography business. I plan on ordering some strobes in the next few months. I couldn't actively participate in a portraiture lighting mentorship at this point (due to lack of equipment), but I would like to see one started where I could be a creepy lurker in a dark corner. |
