I actually had a comment from some hidden a-hole that started..

"do you really think this is a good image."

The thing is, I strive not too leave comments that make me sound like a tool.

anyway, I also had a comment that said,

"this is too artistic and no one will like it here."

perhaps he was right.

Probably but I think I also got him and two of his closest buddies. I went from a 5.80 to a 5.68 just like that. So much for that slow steady rise.

I went from just above a 6 (after having been above 6.1 yesterday) to just above a 5.9 in about an hour.

But never fear, they'll all go back up again. :-)

Same problem here - was up to 5.8 this afternoon and then I go out for a bit, come back and I am down to 5.6. Blahhhh!!!!

In the midst of an angry troll mob and trying to hide for cover. My framed score has dropped even more but I am much more impressed with those trolls, because they changes my score that much after 260 votes!

Bounced back up to 5.73. Crazy voting. And I pulled out of bokeh BeeCee. Went with 30 second instead. I guess I will catch you on the next one.

I've had 102 votes, 171 views. I think it's just a depressing thing to vote on so no one wants to do it. I know I wanted to just go to bed after voting.

I really hope that when this challenge is over the low voters come back and tell me why they voted lower. To me this image fit perfect to the challange, I researched the post processing on it for hours. I acheived an image that if it belonged to someone else I would have 9-10ed it. This would be a good shot for me to learn alot from if folks actually come back and say what they didnt like.

Keep in mind that a 6 is a very good score on this site. But plenty of people start threads on their pics after a challenge is over, asking that very question, and they usually get helpful feedback.

A 6 is indeed a very good score. I'd not complain about one. In fact, I'm usually delighted with anything above a 5.5.

That said, have voters stopped voting in this one? Not much change lately.

Oh I am thrilled with the 6 don't misunderstand and I have great comments. I think what I am doing wondering why no comments from those who didnt like it.

I am guilty of not voting, I will vote tonight.

I am a good judge, I have put my top 12 picks in a Word file and I got 4 out of the top five right, for the Indulgence-Challenge, which I didn't enter.

I guess having good taste or judgment of the "popular" and technical aspects, is a start. Now if I can only spend the time to get my entries like them.

Not complaining for lack of votes... I;ve got only one vote today, it was a 3. So, with my 3 day experience of votes going up at night and down during the day (GMT-6 day that is), I'm fine again with no votes.
