| Dont know if i am just thick but can someone put it in dummys terms what is allowed and what is not allowed regarding editing on image submissions for competition. |

Not allowed: Apply ANY effect to a certain part of the image. An effect must be applied to the whole thing.
Not allowed: Painting or cloning parts of the photo.
Not allowed: Text
Allowed: Sharpen, Basic things like levels, brightness contrast, etc, applied to the whole photo.
