I thought we could have some fun creating funny or convincing magazine covers with images already in our portfolio.

Actually I love the colors and layout. It looks more like a coffee table book though to me. Great choice of subjects...love the colors.

LoL. Thanks. I still hope my husband doesnt see this. it'll be like "so this is what you do with your time when im at work?". sadly it is. :) I t was fun though. great idea!

From the Magazine Cover Challenge (June, 2003):

Entry:

Here are a quickie mock-up I made, and an original of the real magazine I used for a model. The pBase gallery also has has a copy of the entry photo and another mockup cover woth the added type in UC Berkeley's Blue & Gold colors ... The Berkeley Main Library recently re-opened after undergoing a couple of years of major renovations.

Steve, that photo is a Self-portrait of myself for a challenge called Cheese. It's become quite infamous. :-)

Hehe, I was just browsing my portfolio and saw that image and couldn't help but to spoof ya. Glad ya enjoyed it :-)
