going grocery shopping, again.

Can never think of dinner ideas farther in advance than that night, and always end up going to the store almost every day and only buy groceries for one meal at a time, whatever I happen to be craving at the time.

Meal ideas? and don't worry, I won't tell anyone else about your secret recipes, lol

Personally my dinner tonight was leftover Chinese -- orange chicken and brown rice.

However, this weekend I made Margarita Chicken, sauteed spinach, and bleu cheese rice.

1 part Tequila
1 part Triple Sec
1 lime squeezed.

Marinate Chicken 2 hours. Sautee Chicken with some of marinade. Add marinade to keep from burning to pan. Remove chicken when done and add rest of marinade to pan. Cook down marinade to create a sauce to pour over chicken. YUM!

Orange Rosemary Chicken.

This is delicious served with Near East garlic roasted & olive oil couscous....I usually double the recipe except for the chicken so there is extra sauce to mix in with the couscous. Low in fat, high in protein. :)
