Probably not the first time this question has been asked, so I'll apologise in advance. What sites would you good people recommend if I was hoping to sell some photos? Thanks |

DPCprints.com
or
smugmug.com... but smugmug will cost you a little more but in the long run it works out.

I'm happy with Bigstockphoto.com, Shutterstock and CanStockPhoto
I think the first two are more populair here at dpc. |

Thanks people, will give them all a look. What a great site this is, so much information and experience for us less knowledgeable beginners. Thanks again, Russ. |

Russ, are you looking to sell stock or prints? Because there's a difference. |

Er, um! Yeah, stock I suppose, to begin with at least. I'm not sure what's involved with either I'm afraid. First tentative steps for me! |

I'd suggest doing a search for "stock" in the forums. There are a multitude of threads on the topic...pros, cons, what's involved, differences between macro and microstock etc.
