| i need a simple model release form, i have my first model shoot on saturday....i'm already nervous about this since i am in a location where i don't know where anything is...i'm on vacation and he is the one that has done the site scouting...this is only to go in my portfolio and for him to have, but still want a release just in case...any help would be nice...thanks |

just type in model releas in google and hundredst will pop up
