I even got a lecture in the comments for entering this. Big mistake entering this picture in a challenge, but it has made me think twice before entering other challenges. There have been many times where I didn't enter a challenge because of this one. (Unfortunately there are others I probably shouldn't have entered. Live and learn.)

This is the one I look at now and think: why on earth did you enter this dreadful picture!

I honestly don't have an entry I'm actually *embarrassed* about.

Allow me to place this one along side yours:

However, I am not embarrassed by it despite its being my lowest scoring entry and entered after nearly 2 years here. In fact, I'm not embarassed by any of my entries, they all had their reasons at the time. Chin up, Zippy!

This one, because I thought it was such a good idea. It's already been said, but WHAT was I thinking?? I'm usually in love my shot--until the voting starts. Then I quickly learn that I'm the ONLY one who loves it... :o)

What a lame image...what was I thinking... on the bright side it isn't my last place image

this one is...
I am embarrased for it too because I quickly shot would could have been a good image but failed to check all my technical stuff and got the wrong depth of field and totally went DNMC. :( live and learn.

I have taken some really crappy pics that I thought were not so crappy at the time that I submitted them. Boy hindsight is 20/20...

Isn't it nice to know that we can all SUCK occasionally and still have a feel-good thread like this going??

Here's another of my howlers:

One of my first entries. It was dq'd for not having the correct date on my camera. UGHHH. That is embarrassing.
05/11/2006 04:25:02 PM · #45

DQ'd because I couldn't explain why it "looked" spot editted... not bitter about it, but it is kinda embarrassing.

I was in such a hurry to get this photograph into the challenge, I didn't notice the bird dropping untill someone mentioned it in a comment.

After I take pictures for two or so nights and spend hours tweaking them I always feel obligated to enter something ... still can't shake that notion. I have so many "what the "bleep" were you thinking" to choose from ...
I wanted this MASH Beer can in a picture so bad I resorted to setting up in my refrigerator ... duh.
