A 350D AKA Digital Rebel XT (Canon)

I got the 18-55mm kit lens and also purchased a 55-200mm Sigma lens. I just have to figure out all the gadgets now. Any tips or things to look out for? Thanks.

I just got my 350 D last friday... droools... You gotta get through the manuel. It helps a lot. And dont get too caught up drooling over it. Get out and use it! Dont you love the feeling and comfort of knowing you own a sick camera? Damn Dp for pusing me over the edge to spend a rediculous amout of money on a new cam! ;).

I feel the same way. I was seriously taking pictures with a phone before this. I can't wait to enter a challenge with it. I'm gonna have to spend more money now to get a membership. I'm working my way through the manual right now and it's like a award winning novel to me. =D

Congrats on the purchase and I'm sure you will have fun with it :)

After watching the trilogy of The Matrix this week I'm wondering if dpc is Mr smith and we are all Mr Anderson's? and controlled by the bigger powers?

People, you don't need the best and newest on the market to improve your photography, but its fun to own ;)
