Heading for a middling 5 score and few comments. I guess my picture is merely a competent shot of a boring subject. No critiques since there's nothing particurally wrong with it, but nothing particurally striking about it.

Was at 6.2 on Saturday...now 6.07 Freaky. 26 comments all very good. No critical....2 favs....shouldn't this one score higher !?!?!?!

With two favorites, you'd think it would be scoring higher.
6.07 is still pretty darn good. I'll gladly swith scores with you. I'd even settle for a 5.07. ;)
Good luck, it will probably climb back up for you.

OK, I'm fairly pissed. Not only do I get a validation request (not a big deal), BUT it comes along with a large drop in my score.
vote the picture like it was legal!!!
If I miss a ribbon by a small amount, I'm going to carry a grudge about this one. |

Don't sweat it, Doc. I think everyone's score has been following the same downward trend over the weekend. I highly suspect it'll perk back up by Tuesday.
I'm nowhere near ribbon territory, but may be replacing my #2 slot on my top line. There's that! :-) |

I saw a few that I thought may have been "not basic" but voted them "high" b/c they were so good. I'll let others and SC decide if shot was legal.
I had a validation request the first night. Score went up...now back down.

| Ha, well, I can't just blame it on the person who asked for the validation request. I just got a "0" (a 1 vote plus a downgrade of a previous score). My score is dropping like a rock. |

| Maybe people are revaluating at the moment Achoo ... you know .. vote once first instinct .. then vote again based that you have seen them all ... bad though ... mine is still wha it has been the whole time ... very very average. |

I'm dropping today. Down from a 6.13ish to 6.06 now. 6.3 is not going to win this thing so I don't really care about being high...I just want to finish above 6 in this one.

| I had a validation request within the first hour of the challenge. UNfortunatley it didnt get validated until late the next day. Opened with a powerful 4.2. I think I took a big hit because of it. Since then I made it up to 5.6. Took days though and I really thought I had at least a 6.0 coming before it all opened. Havent gone down at all, slowly creeped up and now all I can hope for i sthat some of the inital voters will go back and reevaluate some of the shots that have been validated and maybe vote according to the merits of the photo and not the possibility of cheating. |

Me too, Doc! I got 8 votes since about 6 this morning, and they averaged a 4!! A flipping Four!?!?!?!

| I think all the scores are lower on this one. At one point I was at 6.6 and was really hoping for a top 10. Now I've slid to a 6.49 and am hanging on for dear life. |

| Is it just me, or are some of the negatives not really negatives of "positives?" If I switch them to positive, they're not recognizable as such. Makes it hard to figure what the colors really were in some cases. |

I noticed that too. I was tempted to tweak my colors a bit more but resisted for that very reason. |
