this is a little embarrassing, but i had to reset my camera'a date/time after recharging the battery, and i set it to 2002 by mistake. so my desolation entry is time-stamped as being taken a year ago. can i still post it, with a disclaimer? thanks.

I would certainly include that information in the photo's information section.

It will not be an issue unless someone requests a DQ for the photo; files are only checked for dates unless there seems to be a reasonable suspicion/evidence it was taken outside the allowed time period.

I feel for you - this is exactly the kind of thing I do!

Rules are rules, so I think that pupparazzo should do the honourable thing by resigning from DPC and unsubmitting the offending image. Following this I think a controlled explosion on the camera should be conducted, along with a thorough search of her [the icon lies!] home and computer, to establish whether this kind of thing is a pattern of behaviour.

This would go some way to preventing any further distress to other law-abiding DPC members.

I don't think I'm taking this too seriously am I?

No. Actually I think you're being quite lenient
