Sorry...

Military brat of a Lt. Colonel (Air Force - Ret.), here. I grew up on on bases around the U.S. from '68-'79.

I guess that really doesn't count as serving ...

Signed up for USArmy 1982 was out by early 83 cause of my feet. My two younger brothers went USNavy and served 4 or 6 years. The older of those two is now active in the National Guard and spent a little over a year in Iraq.

I wish to send out my love and respect to all here who have helped by serving in the Armed Forces! The whole world needs you.

My father retired US Air Force
Myself - USAF 1972 - 1992 Retired
Wife - USAF 1977 - 1997 Retired
Youngest Son - US Marine - 2002 - present

I have not been away from a US Air Force base all my life, born on one, raised on many, retired through the service and now work as a contractor on an Air Force base (Tinker). Probably wind up dying on one!

Well I'm a Coast Guard spouse. Hubby spent 4 years in the marines- don't ask me anything about that I did not know him at the time, and from stories I've heard from other marine friends I'd have not given him a second look lol. He was on an anti terror team of some sort and stationed in Japan and HI.
He's going on 15 years active duty all together. Glad I met him after his Marine Corps time lol. We met in Seattle, transferred to NJ where he was a company commander and drill master. Now he's stationed in Yorktown as a DC instructor.
Getting ready to make E6 and hopefully putting on E7 when we're due to transfer in 2008.

Active duty Air Force, 1983-present. Jobs have had nothing whatsoever to do with photography. Mostly I meet. Yes, meet. A lot.

I'd have retired by now but can't for the life of me figure out what I want to be when I grow up.
