Hi Folks,

I have just had one-month holiday, mainly to redesign my photoblog. Please feel free to visit my website, //www.outtospace.com/ I would love to hear your comments.
But what I really need is your feedback on my Portfolio page, //www.outtospace.com/portfolio.php
I am contemplating to exhibit my works, one of them is an abstract series, Suwannakorn:

//www.outtospace.com/projects/suwannakorn/

The detail of the series is on the Portfolio page. There are 12 images will be printed on canvas 12 by 12 inches and 3 of them on the bigger size as the center pieces. They are numbered on the right-bottom of the page. If you could pick upto 3 images of your favourites in the series, so I can make the cut. And any comments about it are most welcomed. And I'll be working on another series about Sydney architecture soon too. I'm excited about it already.

By the way, I haven't get in touch with any spaces to show the photography. If you have any experience about holding an exhibitionto or happen to know someone who have an available public space in Sydney area, please let me know. That'd be much appreciated. Thanks heaps.

the only fullsize photos I'm seeing are about 12 of almost the same thing in simpleviewer -- are those the right photos?

EDIT: ok I see that is what you are talking about. I'd say pick one and just use that one instead of all 12...they are really similar IMO.

Trinn,

I REALLY like your work!

It certainly is not the kind of work that wins ribbons on DPC. The emphasis here is on single images with high impact. You are working with series of images for which the total is greater than the sum of the parts.

The "Suwannakorn" series is very good. You asked about our three favorites. This assumes that our choices are independent--that we can pick a first, second, and third place. I can't do that. I find myself thinking in terms of a set of three that can represent the whole. If I change any one of them, my choices for the others change as well.

One set of three that I like is 6/1/8. But if I change 6 to 12, then the set that I like is 12/2/9. I want diversity within the sets, both in the complexity of the images and in the emotional tone of my response to them.

I'm looking forard to your series on Sydney architecture.

I think I should put the thumbnail on too.

Thx for the input. I'm thinking of having 3 of them as a stand alone and print them in the bigger size then arrange the others into a quadtych, triptych and diptych. Still open to the suggestions.
