Critics and comments welcomed... :D

Both shots undergone PS editing with curves, color balance and some other edits. The Armani shot has less done to it compared to the strawberry one.

Thanks.

The Armani shot is too dark and the strawberry is over-saturated. Both of these might be post-proccess introduced.

Or intended maybe?

I quite like them both, I agree the armani could do with lightening a touch maybe.

Thanks for the comments guys. Will try work on lighting again for my next attempt.

Yes, they are both post-processed in Photoshop CS2. Mainly adjusting curves, exposures, color balance and levels, plus some cropping as well.

peecee : what do you mean by lightening touch? i'm still kinda new to digital photography as a matter of fact.

cheers!

I think you missed a word there. "lightening A touch" I'm sure peecee meant that the Armani image is a bit too dark overall and, hence, could be lightened up (levels, etc.)

Thanks Diane,
Yes, just a little dark, you don't want too much, it would spoil the effect.
I see you are using curves, I can't master them, tend to use levels mostly, easier to get the balance right..for me that is :-)
Keep it up,
Paul.
