Hi i am having problems printing a panaramic picture on my epson photo 1290, when i start the print off it automaticaly starts printing from the middle of the picture even though the preview shows it ok.

ANY IDEAS???

did you put in the correct length for the paper size?

I did not put the exact length i want it at 50cm long but put the settings at 60cm so i have a bit to play with when cropping but that should not matter should it?

It starts printing at the right place on the paper it just starts printing the middle of the picture on there not the left side like it shows in the preview!?!?!!?!?!?!?

Have you tried Print Preview? (and which printer do you have?)

Are you printing from Photoshop or Windows Explorer or what? Might help to know what software you are printing from.

I am using photoshop and an epson 1290 as i said above.

I have tried to print another pic and that is the same even though the preview shows it to be OK!

I have had similar problems with the 2200 until I learned how to use it... are you printing on roll paper or sheet paper?

Hi Hook!
I suspect that your printer driver, that I don´t know in details or windows printer setup is defined to reverse order printing. This way a two pages print (like a panorama) will start a the last page.
The printing was done trought the end? All parts of image where printed?

Cheers im printing on a sheet of paper 60cm in length but it did come off of a roll ( My paper roll hold broke)

I have left the printer to print and it only prints one a4 sheets worth

I nave had the printer for years and never had a problem like this, i have looked in the setup of the printer and i cant find a reverse order print.
