Without bending your knees, of course.

If you can't but can almost touch them, try this:
1. Try touching your toes normally and see how far you get.
2. Bite hard on something like a (clean) sock or handkerchief, then try touching your toes.
3. See the difference?

(If you can already touch you toes, you might not see a difference unless you stand on a chair or step.)

After years of gymnastics - I can still easily touch my toes, with my legs about shoulder width apart I can touch my elbows to the floor :P

yep - without any problem too. Only time I couldnt bend down and touch my toes / the floor without bending my knees was when I was pregnant.

fotomann.....I think the question meant can you touch the floor with your hands.

Hey! I'm just shy of 60 years old, 5'10" and 215 lbs, and I can still touch my toes no problema. Just takes two or three "sretch touches" to loosen up :-)

Ask us about pushups, if you dare... You know what I mean...

bear - you can touch your toes to your ears? :) (insert evil giggle)

OK. I'll ask. What about push-ups? I haven't been able to find one of those little ice cream thingies for years now. Where do you still get 'em?
(insert more evil giggling)

:)

From the ice-cream truck of course. Or 7-11...

Oooooooh Leroy - try this now, okay? But keep your pants up or it might really be gross.

And ... better let the fire dept. know what you're up to in case they have to pry you loose!!!!!!!
