Grrr... I was hoping this would be much higher. My image should be a unique stand out and though it may look post processed the only thing done to it was levels and sharpen. It is probably too "dark" to have mass appeal on this site and there will be morons who vote me 1 and 2 because of it. I guess I should have known...should have shot a damn flower or a blueberry dropping into milk. |

Wow, not seen such a concentrated whine for ages... why enter a contest to be judged by the mass public if you don't want their opinions? If you just want sycophancy, go join deviantart. I doubt people who vote you 1 and 2 are morons, it's more likely your photo is crap and they can tell better than you can :)

I never said I didn't want opinions or criticisim. That is part of the reason I don't bother with deviant art anymore. It is just that people that leave ones and twos never leave a comment.

Let's just say this will probably be my lowest scoring picture so far. It's crisp and clear but I guess the composition is lacking. I sort of knew it was a blah photo when I entered it but I couldn't take the photo I wanted because we didn't have a sunny day the whole week.

And btw, I belong to deviantart but not for the pats on the back or great comments lol. I have a friend there selling her stuff and she talked me into joining. I like it just for the fact I can have a gallery there and not pay for it and she can see it and give me pointers. |
