I,m looking to buy a 70-200mm f/4 and I was wondering if there was an equivalent tp B7H in canada. A place where I could shop online for a cheaper prices with no custom fees.
For the ones who knows, i'm in Montreal and I already checked the prices from Simon's and Lozeau. (locals will know where i'm talking about).
So, a canadian B&H ???

You can check out Henry's in Toronto, but I think you may find that even with exchange rate and customs, B&H may be still be cheaper. I can't think of any other large mail order place with good prices in Canada
You just reminded me I have to pick some pictures up at Lozeau. Thanks!

There isn't one, because the cost price Nikon Canada offers is much higher than Nikon USA. In most cases, you're still better off buying from BH in the states and paying tax.
The other option is to avoid provincial tax and buy from another province. I got my D70 from Vancouver, got a deal on it AND saved 7% on tax.
I also just ordered the D200 from Henrys.com and saved 150$ on tax. I wouldn't usually buy from them, cuz their prices are pretty steep... but in the case of the D200, the prices are the same all over Canada because of the high demand. I'm basically paying 50$ more for my D200, but I get a Canadian 2 year warranty on it... (and supporting Canadian economy :)
Edit: By "there isn't one", i mean you can't avoid taxes, and you'll never beat a BH price.
