Originally posted by bacchus: I do love Dead Can Dance, too. Glad to see a few Gerrard/Perry folks out there.
Having said that, however, I must admit that "Mr. Roboto (1983, Styx) is currently playing. About as far away from DCDance as one can get.
I've got a 1980-1983 playlist on my iTunes going at random.
The last five songs:
"Rapture" Blondie.
"Burning Down the House" Talking Heads.
"Beautiful World" Devo.
"Suburbran Home" Descendents.
"Christine" Siouxsie and the Banshees.
And then . . . "Mr. Roboto" . . . it's like losing one's mind.
Skipping forward, the next five songs:
"The Metro" Berlin.
"Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic" Police.
"Seven Bridges Road" Eagles.
"Pride and Joy" Stevie Ray Vaughn
"Eaten by the Monster of Love" Sparks.
I love random on the iPod. Hours of manic mayhem and chaos.

I was able to catch Berlin last year in Vegas at the House of Blues, what a great show.
Currently in the mix:
Alice in Chains: Unplugged
Fugazi: 13 Songs
Pixies: Wave of Mutilation

An album by David Wilcox titled "How Did You Find Me Here" Excellent! Kind of folky and bluesy all mixed together. |
