Art.

But only if she had less freckles, and not as much sagging going on. ;p

How would that piss anyone off?

I'm not going to say high art. But that is subjective. I like freckles. I don't think the shot was well executed.

The shot could of been a lot better but I can't see why it would annoy anyone?

I don't think that would piss anyone off.. But then again humphouse as a user name, with a pic currently being voted on would be tacky...

It's not high art, but it's not pissing me off...

(I assume we're talking the freckles+boobs+cricifix, and not the odd santa, which is, well, odd.)

The 'gloss' on the skin is a little annoying to me, and I'm not sure if the crop is too tight, or not tight enough, it just dosn't look balanced to me.

As for the crucifix vs the cleavage issue which might offend some.. Where on earth else do you think they go when a woman wears one?

Just m2c worth..

RiderGal, lol, that's funny and would certainly bore me stiff if not piss me off.

I thought art was an attempt to piss people off.

Well, at least some of it...

Way to go David, if you like being pissed off by art then I guess you'll have the mindset to let it piss you off. Art is subjective, you either like it or not, the only way I can imagine a piece of art pissing me off, is if it had negative personal conotations for me or someone I knew...

I'm Art and sometimes I piss people off. What can I say.

Yes you do, but after some time....we figure out that you are just a goof ball.

I read an article about the Santa display, the intent of the guy who put it up is to protest the commercialization of Christmas. He certainly got attention and has not done much for neighborly relations.

The cleavage is...well...I just don't see how that would piss anyone off. OK, maybe some of the Puritanical whackaloons or the Taliban who want women covered head to toe at all times...

Sometimes Art is done to provoke. The fact that it was done to piss people off doesn't disqualify it from being art. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Maybe I should have included a row of smilies. :D

But seriously, art is suppose to make an impact, usually emotional -- anytime someone plays with anothers emotions there is a chance it's going to upset them.

I don't personally get very upset at much of anything (and even when I do, not for very long). What some call art just causes me to walk away shaking my head, reminding myself that no matter how it's calculated the average intellegence is 100 and half the population falls below it -- it's scary.

oh, and ... :D

Yep, half the people are below average ;)

Except of course in Lake Woebegone, Minnesota ("where are the women are strong, all the men good looking, and all the children are above average." -- Thanks to Garison Keeler)
