Actually, my terminology is alittle off. I meant a bead of water, sort of like morning dew

Alrighty. You can load a spritz bottle with a glycerin/water mixture and spritz away, this is what food stylists often do. Anything that increases the surface tension of the water is going to improve the integrity of the droplets. The smoother the surface you're adding the droplets TO, the larger will be the droplets that cohere. Look what happens to your car after you wax it, for example.

I'm not an expert on this, but I've done the glycerin thing, long ago.

Apply Rain-X to the surface of your subject before spritzing.

It's interesting how a German verb like "spritzen" makes it's way into English. Anyway, where would I get this stuff? Sounds like it's always part of someting else.

get one of those bottles that has a trigger on it (usually found in the plant or housewares dept), fill it with water and spritz away.

I got a small bottle of glycerin at Walgreens. I had to ask at the pharmacy and they pointed it out on the shelf. Then mix it with water in the spray bottle.

So you can get it just like that in the pharmacy? The spray-thing is not a problem, my mother has lots of those :)

It can also usually be found with cake making ingredients

Yes, it's very common and it's cheap.
