| Has anyone got any lenses they are willing to sell that would suit a nikon D50? |

I'm selling a 18-70 DX from my D70 kit. I have two D70 kit with the same lens. That's why. It has been used about 6 times and it's completly new. If you are interested just say. I was going to sell it to a store in exange to other lens.

I’ve got a 50mm f1.8D AF lens I'd be willing to part with. Cheapy fish-eye thread adapters usually work best on 50's. Check eBay for Russian fish eyes such as the Peling 8mm circular and the ZENITAR 16mm. Both can be found quite cheaply and aren't bad lenses.
At the opposite end of the spectrum I’ve got a Tokina 500mm f8 mirror lens with Nikon mount I'd sell.

I've got no clue how does this lens rate, so I'll see. But the shipping to Australia might be prohibitive because the price raising, so You'll probably can get a cheaper one at your contry. This does not put a end in to the selling but it's rather a issue you might consider.
The 18-70mm is a very versatile lens. Great usable for a all-round and great value for money. I really like the 18 end to do inside shots. I use it a lot in weddings. You might consider a second hand sigma 24-70mm f2.8 or a 28-70 f2.8 (the last is cheaper). This will get you pro level sharpness in low budget. If you don't need the zoom capability the 50mm f1.8 is a real joy and it costs less than a second hand lens and is top quality.

Probably next week I'll go to a store to have it priced so if you're interested I'll sell it to you for the same price.
