Once I download an action, how do I install it on PC CS?

You have to put the atn file in the right directory under presets and then load it once you open photoshop.

I don't have PS at work so I can't provide the exact steps to load.

Actions go into the folder called "Presets." Go Adobe>>Photoshop CS2>>Presets>>Photoshop Actions (per laurie in an earlier thread, I use 7.0)

Another option is to drag your atn file and drop it on your actions folder. (I haven't looked whether the atn file gets transferred anywhere though).

Edit : Missing a bracket

If memory serves me correctly....when you are in PS and have the actions drop down open you should be able to say load actions and it will tell you the directory your actions are in, just open explorer and drop it there, then you have to go back in and load it. Good luck.
