I've done something everyday, but I'll only be posting the ones that I'm happy with, though there could be 30 with more than one from some days. I need a couple of days to get them sorted and edited though, things have been rather busy the last couple of days.

Anyone know if there are any others of these about to start up? I missed this one but it sounds like a lot of fun.

Got mine done - One dog and one cat.

Got the dog every day - //www.fixedintime.net/projects/30days-mandy/

Missed the cat on three days - //www.fixedintime.net/projects/30days-cleo/

This has been fun.

Art/Ken , normally I'm not a fan of pictures of dogs wearing glasses (or babies wearing sunglasses), but "Kirby Potter" is a classic.

Let's see if this link works.

Ken, the one of Kirby and the rake is hilarious as is Wild dogs Wrestling... Good stuff! :-D

and Larry/Fixed, however did you get your dog in the trash can? That's too funny!

Ok, 27 out of 30 with the cat in 2 of them. This was real fun yet very challenging between everyday life, and trying to come up with something new to shoot. Heres a link to all of them.

27/30

Here's a link to the ones that I'm making a calender and putting together some kind of framed picture to hang. (same shots, just 12 or so)

The trash can was full of dirt and the like from cleaning up the yard. She will chase her toys just about anywhere. I tossed the football into the can to stop her from pestering me to throw it for her. The next think I knew she was jumping into the can to get the ball.

I made 21 of the 30 days, so here in no particular order are 30 days of Poppy & Bess

Ken, if I can throw ya a critique...

I appreciate the urge to push the boundries beyond what DPC would normally allow, but quite a few of your shots exhibit what I would call "filter overload." :) That is, you did something because it was neat and it looked cool... not becase you really should have done it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the technique didn't add anything to the picture. It detracted significantly from my enjoyment of some of your shots. :(

With that out of the way I'd like to say congratulations and great job to you and everyone else who did this. I noticed the thread too late, or else I would have loved to participate too. I'll keep my eyes out for the next one.

Thanks Andrew. I appreciate your honesty. Yeah, I can tell when I was just trying to get something different - it was getting monotonous one day in the house, one day in the back yard, in the house, in the yard. That was the extent of my travels for the past 30 days. I hear ya though, and will keep it in mind.

Thanks Jen - actually I have a bunch of "Fighting" outtakes where he & Frankie go at it - playfully, but it looks vicious - especially in a single frame. :)

I picked the glasses up at the drug store on a whim - no intention of putting them on Kirby, but they were in my pocket while I was taking the pics and I couldn't help it. I snapped the pic with my right hand about a millisecond after my left hand finished placing them on him and he promptly threw them off the second after the flash. LOL

I'm still looking through the others' albums - - great stuff - gives me inferiority complex. :)

Link works, but does Maddox's jaw? ;-) Great photos, Jen! Seriously though, does Maddox ever open his mouth? :)

Hehe, Nope. Unless he has a stick or his tennis ball his mouth, he only opens it to viciously bark at the squirrels or golfers that get too close to the fence. :-) I guess he's just a "one look" dog which didn't really help keeping me motivated to take a photo everyday. thanks for taking a peek. :-)

Thanks Art Rolfmao, I thought it was going to be easy taking only 1 shot a day, about a third of the way it seemed like torture

Oops, Ace, looks like you selected one of the pads on his (camera) left paw when you were selecting the background...
