Hey all you need to type in is the number of the picture in this case: 47575 in the Insert thumbnail link!! Hope that helps :)

Curves, set white level on layer with 40%-ish fill, more curves, unsharp mask, contrast

I still can't figure out how to get a thumbnail from imagecave. :(

The thumb tags only work for images hosted at dpc. For images hosed elsewhere you need the link to both a thumbnail and the full size image. If there is no thumbnail available then it's best to post a link only.
