AS long as you are not buying a product with the Dell name on it I think you will be alright purchasing from them. They do have some killer sales and great prices.


I guess my real problem is that, when I worked as a network admin for the Salvation Army, their sales people came in when we were trying to build a Citrix farm and actually said the words "well, we'll give you whatever price for now just to get your business". Which meant to me, "We'll make our money by raping you later." Instead of just honestly giving me their lowest price for the equipment up front. And they tried to set me up with a hugely expensive Citrix sub-contractor that worked 500 miles away, and tried to sell me Citrix licenses at a premium instead of reseller cost (think 10x base price).

I don't like Dell.
