Or not at all?
Story:
This elderly man's job is to make sure rich people's kids don't run their electric toy cars off the indicated path at the local fleamarket in Johannesburg. He has this extremely dignified air about him. Allways smiling, but as I sat there watching him for some time, I saw every now and again something else filtered through and I tried to capture that.
After I was done I walked past and greeted him in a very respectfull old fashioned manner. He instantly lit up, amazed at this unexpected recognition. Thanked me and hurried off to resque some fat crying kid who had crashed into a barrier. |

Both are great shots that show the character of the subject. Personally, I think I like the color version.

I like the color version too, was this at the Rosebank Fleamarket? I used to spend a lot of time there, hope it is still going!

Is Hillfox there at Northcliff? There was a lot of development happening there when I left so many years ago, right at the bend of the M2 (concrete highway) if I remember correctly where it headed off to Soweto?

| Hillfox is towards the West, just off the N1. About 25 km's from Rosebank. Nice place, it has one of the only operating Drive-in Theaters left in the city. |
