I go to school in Providence RI and can never make the NYC gtg (4-5 hours by bus each way + lots of work to do on weekends in general) but Boston on the other hand is just an hour away, and would be really convinient. So are there any DPC-ers in the New England area who will be willing to come to a Boston gtg, and anyone from the Boston area willing to take up the grand task of organizing the gtg. A possible idea could be the Boston aquariums, the commons, and downtown, or we could go on the duck tour. So who would be interested? And what day of the week would work best? For me personally I would prefer a sunday but a saturday would be possible as well.

| I'm interested. Boston is a heckuvalot closer than most of the GTGs I've attended. Mystic, Connecticut would be good too, and pretty local for you. |

I'm up for anything that local to me. Or how about a Cape Cod GTG? That's where I'm at, if anyone wants to attack my marshes and seashores... Lodging is much cheaper on Cape Cod now the off-season is here. My house is adjacent to a nice motel property, actually; might be able to get a price from them, and I've got the kitchen :-)

The Cape OR Boston is good for me. Saturday, Sunday or both.
Do you let Nikon owners hang out with you? LOL

| I can do Boston. I live slighty North of town. The leaves are starting to turn up here as well. The Public Garden in the Fall would be nice. We just need for this rain to lift. Sat/Sun works. |

| my bro lives in boston and has a new pad that i need to see. depending on the schedule and plane ticket prices, i would love to head out there. :) |

The Cape would be great! Boston would work too... Saturday or Sunday are best for me.

There's a decent old-fashioned motel right by my place, and the guy that runs it would give us rooms for $45 a night, a GREAT price for the cape... If anyone's interested. We can eat at my place, better than a restaurant :-)
