I'm on DP all the time and I don't have a clue who "D&L" are/is. I'm confused about what this challenge is all about. If someone can fill me in, I would appreciate it. Thanks. |

Challenge Details: Most of us know who "D&L" are on DPC, but what else could those initials stand for? Be creative, and title your shot with your D&L definition! |

Figgers... up until just a couple weeks ago, there was a "D&L Auto Body" shop just down the road from me. They JUST changed the sign to reflect new ownership. |

One more random DL reference from my late nite search.
"D/L Ratio is the displacement to length ratio. This indicates if the boat is a heavy cruiser (results greater than 325) or a light displacement racing boat (results less than 200).
D / L = Displacement / ( 0.01 * LWL )3
Displacement is in long tons"
Last one. Promise.

Does anyone know if we can have popular brands in our pictures? Let's say, Dr. Pepper and Labatts. Any thoughts? |

Sure you can, but the trick would be to make the photo interesting as well as just meeting the challenge :o) Just don't forget that some brands are not known globally, so you'll need to be careful in your choices...
Oh, and check out this thread from a few months ago if you're looking for 'D&L' inspiration ...
