Heya everyone--
Here are some quick shots from yesterday's GTG at Silver Falls. I had an awesome time and hope everyone else did, too (even though we had to climb up that stupid hill and ALL those stairs with no drinks, teehee).
We had Mick , Becky , Joe, Brian and his son Mitch, and of course, me there yesterday.
Okay, so here are a couple of my shots that I edited really quickly last night--my waterfall shots are going to take a LOT more time in PS if I am hoping to keep up with Mick. ;)

Now everyone else needs to get on and post! I want to see your amazing shots! :)

I had a lot of fun meeting folks too. I'm sorry I had to leave early. Here are a few pictures I saved...

I really had a great time at the GTG. It was fun, and very tiring, hanging out with Cristin again. I enjoyed meeting her mom Wendelika, her sister Rianna, Joe, Brian, Mitch, Jeeps, and all of the others.

Silver Falls State Park is a wonderful place. If you ever get a chance to go there, don't miss it. There are 10 waterfalls along an 8.7 mile canyon trail, bike trails, swimming, RV and camping, etc., etc..

I've only had time to edit a few shots so far. I'll post the others here when they're ready.

As good as mine? You're not setting your sites very high Cristin. :)

You'd do better to try and make yours as good as Joe's or Brian's.

Lol, you were the one who said I was growling at my camera cuz it wouldn't get shots as good as yours! And when I posted that I hadn't seen any of their stuff, only your shots from the first GTG. Maybe I should just ditch you off my favs list then huh? :P
So there. lol j/k j/k...But I will admit, Brian and Joe got some rad stuff!

I'm glad you chose black and white for me. I don't like to be on that side of the camera.
Had a blast. Here's some of mine.

I was sore today too! I don't want to say I'm too old for this. No comments from the peanut gallery.
Great straight on shot of the waterfall Flyman. So, I would have had to get wet for that one. Hmmm....Seeing yours makes it worth it.

Here are a couple of my waterfall shots. Unfortunately, they contain no nude women at all. :(

Looks like it was a lot of fun!

I see Cristin demonstrating the fine art of chimping!

You know guys, I wasn't sore at all yesterday...(*neener neener neener!*) teehee
Here are a few from the last (fall? falls?) we got to shoot:

I was not chimping! lol I was just looking at my shots, and from what I gathered from that link, it's only chimping if you show the pictures to someone and make them ooh and aah over it right?
I was just checking out my shots to make sure I was getting the settings right because I don't know anything about shooting waterfalls!

So there--I'm innocent, really!

Lol...I dunno if she'll fall for that quarter trick anymore, I haven't tried it in a while....You might have more luck than me though, lol.
It's so nice to have a sister who does everything--model, lighting assistant, tripod-carrier, lens holder, let's see...she'll even be the background support, if the need arises!
Wanna trade? I think she's worth that fancy macro lens you've got... ;-)

You should hang onto her. An assistant that's willing to carry your stuff on a hike through a canyon like that is hard to find. Heck, I would gladly have given her two quarters to carry my backpack. :)

TWO quarters? Dang, she's moving up in the world!
