Okay, so I just noticed my first challenge entry, (my first attempt at photography) happened one year ago on this day! I remember I found DPC on yahoo because I wanted to learn about photography, I joined a free membership and took this (dirty alert)

Didn't know a thing about photography and now I know much more, thanks DPC!

Congrats Joey! I know that I've enjoyed seeing your progress and you've given a lot of inspiration to budding photographers (albeit a lot of frustration as well trying to keep up with you!). I can only hope that I'll improve a fraction of how much you have when my first year is up!
