Those all sound good. I can see opportunities to stretch in each of them. Planes, trains, etc. I think was done awhile back, before my time.
I'll add one to the list:
"Meat Loaf"
We can't have "Candy" until we finish our meat loaf! |

Ken, is that your criteria for determining a good challenge topic? Whether or not you see opportunities to stretch them?
I like meatloaf. My idea of stretching meatloaf would be to make a big enough one so there is some left over for sandwiches the next day or two.

LOL - You betcha! And strangely enough, that pic I posted was from some meat loaf burgers I barbequed the other night and I just finished the last one for lunch today.
For a little entertaining background, I tells me wife we should "try new things", so she suggests cooking meat loaf in patties on the BBQ instead of a big slab in the oven. Obviously I couldn't come up with a better idea. :P |
