Sorry to post before the submission period ends...but I've gotta get to bed.

Here are the front-runners that I almost submitted...and they aren't like my entry at all (so I hope I chose well).

Good luck to all!

and and and finally

Let me know what you think...I'm nothing without you!

Oh, and be sure to post your own outtakes so that we can all have a glimpse into your photographic mind.

I like your second shot best.

Here are my outtakes. Like you said, my entry is totally different.

These were all in Sammie's area of Colorado.

You can't say that it wasn't raining when you took those...!

I am a fan of your second photo Paul. Don't have any outtakes to show you all because there was absolutley no rain in the forcast this week, and I was really looking forward to entering my first members challenge. :( Great shots though everyone!

here are my outtakes.

I didn't enter this challenge. It wasn't raining when I was able to take pics.

Here's my one and only outtake. Acutally had it posted for a few days before I pulled it...

Had to clone a light pole out at the bottom left. Felt that my be removing a major element so I chose not to enter this one.

How do you think it would of done?

What do you think? Better than a 6.4? which is where I'm at with my current image

It finally rained in Melbourne today - just too late for the challenge - here is another outtake

my current entry(5.5000) is doing better than i thought. Ive been stuck in the 4 rut for so long i forgot how happy i was in the 5's. I waited all week for rain and it finally came in a mist saturday afternoon for a few hours. so i shot water drops instead of actual rain falling. thought it would qualify because its the result of rain but still tickled with the score.~~Cher~~

I like the far right one. For several reasons....the composition is great and I love the color. Great picture

The first one is super. The vertical format accentuates the rain coming down. I like the composition, and yes, I like the B&W!
