yep I have and love it, most people complain thats it akward or it feels funny to hold cause its smaller than all the other slr's. But I have no complaints, I think it is easy to hold and feels great. Controls are easy and quality of images are awesome. So no complaints, for lenses I say check out b&h photo's website. Than what I did was just did a google search or a search here on lens that I was interested on. That way you get some samples as well.

The Canon 350XT is a great camera. As far as a good lens to go with, I would have to suggest the Tamron SP AF 28-75mm f/2.8 XR Di for Canon.

I just sold my Canon 70-200mm f/4L lens and hope to get the Tamron soon.

The XT is one of the best thing that has ever happened to me. The camera is awesome! Don't quote me do I vaguely recall reading that this camera is probably the best on the market at this price.

XT has about the same imaging quality as the 20D, which is to say very high and arguably better than the competitions entry level dSLRs.

I also hear that Canon makes a few decent lenses as well :)
If not you can go with other makers of lenses for Canon ;)
