i took this pic with a N65 35mm

Couple of things:

1) The image is a bit large for a forum post. If I wasn't at work I'd be cursing you (politely of course) with my dial-up connection at home.

2) I didn't realize 'The Critique Club' was open for regular posting. For some reason I thought it was for members that were assigned the privilige of doing 'Critiques'. Learn something new everyday.

3) As for the photo. It's ok. A bit busy with the starting gate and numerous poles all over the place. Did you get any shots from an angle that would eliminate some of this? The expressions on the faces of the visible riders is kinda fun...a bit tighter composition could have been interesting.

you are right, those poles look horrible :(
that's the only angle i can take the shoot. I'll post another pic where i framed the helmets only.
