The few that I have done so far are HERE. I'll have more later hopefully.

I wish now I would've taken more candids of everyone but I'm just not that brave yet. :-)

I learned a couple things on this trip. You should take pictures of everything all the time, (no candids). I am way out of shape (already new that). There are some reeeeallly nice people here. I enjoyed meeting you all! I will get my pics up soon.
JPR: Nice street shots!

Just got home! Whew!

Thank you Clara, CJ, Di and Steve for all you did to make this such a well-organized get-together! It's not so easy herding cats, is it? :]

It was great meeting so many DPC'rs--we're so much more real in real-life.!

I'll have pics up as I can...still hyper from the drive home....and they expect me back at work tomorrow. :(

Wow! What terrific street shots! I'm very impressed by those.

What a great GTG! Heartfelt thanks to all the organizers who pulled this together. Here's some shots from the day's festivities...

There's more in my PORTFOLIO (in no particular order). I held back on some shots of the Lincoln and WWII Memorials since there are similar ones in the Long Exposure challenge.

Great pictures all! Keep them coming!

And congrats- you all have successfully trumped, by far, the (prior record holder?) LA group gtg of March. Our 11 to your 21 is no match! Looks like it was lots of fun - maybe next time it can be in LA. ;)

I have to ask - nobody got asked any questions by homeland security? A bunch of people wearing cult-like T-shirts and taking pictures of all the structures in Washington at night? :P

Clara got an awesome pic of you taking a pic! :)

If anybody got a GOOD shot of me don't be afraid to email it to me. I have a big mailbox.

Great shots folks! Keep 'em coming :o) Its good to put more faces to names , and I'm glad you managed to get group shot in too. BTW, what was the print on the tshirts? I think I musta missed seeing the final design in the earlier threads...

There were mixed reactions to the t-shirts....

Awesome pictures - I had a great time, and a special thanks to Clara, Di and Terry for handling logistics, and to Steve for graciously hosting Friday night dinner and allowing me a place to crash.

I have only gotten to the point of offloading the files to the PC at this stage; hopefully I can post a few tonight.

The only problem with a gtg of this nature is the inevitable case of "camera envy" I now have LOL! On the plus side, the longer I have my camera (Sony 717 2 yrs+ now) the better I am at using it. I guess I also didn't mind having a bag about 1/3 the size of most SLR users to lug around town....well, actually to have my hubby lug around town! :)

Killer nice shot:

Don't know when I've seen a more interesting flamingo headshot...

On a broader note, looks like everyone had a wonderful time. I was hosting team Ethier up here while y'all were gallivanting down there... I'm sorry I missed it.

I have to second jpochard's comments. MAJOR equipment envy here - especially for the Zoo shots! LOL Although, I wholeheartedly admit that I've got a lot to learn before making a major purchase - but watch out! Me and my little Gateway are coming on strong! LOL

Again, great to meet everyone and I'm really enjoying everyone's pics. I keep running back to check everyone's portfolio for new additions! Thank you again to all organizers and assistants!

I actually think you did quite well for yourself given the [likely] limitations of your camera (though I'm not familiar with it). :)
