Does anyone know where I can find out about sizes/uses of NiMH rechargeable batteries? The Olympus C5050Z comes with 4 R6 NiMH batteries, I have two sets of GP HR6 NiMH batteries - both are AA. Does anyone know if you can use the HR6 batteries for digital cameras?

Thanks in advance,

Ursula

Any AA 1.5 V battery can be used in Diigicam, regardless of material is made or brand!

The best Nimh AA batteries on the market are PowerEx batteries. The AA size boast 2000 Mah. The next best are premium Kodak NiMh at 1850 Mah. Even though they say the batteries have no memory, it extends the useful life of the battery if you use them up before recharging.
