I must say, I'm bummed by the early returns. I knew it wasn't fantastic, but I thought it was better than these scores are showing:

I think it's one of those challenge up for discussion and most definitely interpretation. I voted last night and I was pleasantly surprized at some of the originality.
So far I'm holding at 4.535 (sigh). I had another shot picked and then changed my mind. I almost went back to the first, but I figured it would be repeated a zillion times, and to my dismay, it wasn't. Oh well...

This is my second entry as I just joined this AWESOME group two months ago. I've learned so much from comments from my fellow DCPers and I'm always looking forward to these comments. I just hope this entry will get better results than my last one (so far it's holding up pretty well). Check out my other portfolio images.
This one seems to get more hits than the rest.

Perhaps my imagination is deteriorating, but I find very few entries in this challenge that meet the challenge. It seems that many folks misunderstand the challenge to mean "lines" of any type instead of lines that lead the viewer's attention to a subject. A lot of really decent photos that IMHO do not meet the challenge. Low scores from me with some exceptions.

I have to agree with this. Many people seem to misunderstand the term leading lines? |
