| How about a flags challenge? Few things speak as loudly as a country's flag. One of my fav moments is watching the parade of nations at the olympics. The pride in their respective countries is so moving. |

| Obviously not a simple flag on a flagpost! Think of all the memorable flags shot through history. Flags at Arlington, the moon, WWII etc. Even on this site! I remember a awesome picture of a flag under a glass with water droplets on it. Very cool/creative. There are tons of ways to display flags which is the whole point of this site is isn't it? Finding original / creative ways to display something common?? |

I don't agree that we would see a lot of diversity in the entries, but it's just my opinion.

Well if I could just figure out a way to recreate that "flag on the moon" shot....

I think it could be a fun 2-day speed challenge to keep entries low...
:-)
Another idea would be to expand the challenge to "Waving in the wind..."
Photograph a flag, sail, windsock, or other object waving in the wind!"
