I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a model release form, and maybe what some of the rules are when shooting people in a public place?

Thanks
Matt

search the net - lots of model release forms are out there.

Depends on what you are doing with the pics you shoot.Generally, if the person is recognizeable and you are gong to make money on the pic, you need their release. For stock shots you must submit a release with the shot.

If it is for editorial/news usage then you generally don't need a release. As in the papparrazzi shots of hollywood stars - you can sell them for their 'news worthyness' and make money, no release. try and put a famous face on a tshirt and sell that...no way.
