Awhile back I remember someone posting a link for FreeWeb- I think it was called..
To design and host a website for free--
In fact someone had it in their Signature (Support Free Web)..
When I google it, I get alot of junk links, can anyone point my in the right direction?

You may be looking for freewebz.com or freewebs.com. It's a decent site, but only allows non-paying users to upload a certain number of files before requesting for a payment. You can edit your site as much as you'd like, you just have a cap for uploading.
Hope this helps |

1 & 1 Internet, Inc was offering free web hosting when they were first trying to break into the US market. Now they are a "low cost option".
