It's not really a big issue, but at the moment my profile states that I have made 49 comments - 50 of which were helpful.
I am guessing that this is just a matter of when the comments get tallied - perhaps total number every hour/day, but helpful in realtime?
Otherwise it could be that comments in current challenges are tallied if they are helpful, but don't contribute to the total until the challenge closes.
Just thought I'd let you know...

Maybe an image you commented on (and it was marked helpful) was dq'ed, and it stayed in the helpful pile???

| Could be because the comments made aren't realtime anymore. Maybe the helpul ones are still realtime still. |
