Talk about your likes, dislikes, technical flaws -- but try to be specific -- "I don't care for this because..." or "The grain in this photo really works for me because..." Let's try to turn this into (keep this) an educational process for everybody and hope it bleeds over into the comments/critiques on the challenges.

Title: Milkdrop

Okay, I'll bite.

Firstly - a presentation thing - it is a bit too small to really take in.

I'm thinking the 'effect' is created by the lens it was shot through,
or some sort of filtering to 'pinch' the top. Although the title is
'milkdrop' I feel teardrop more than milk, from this.

The person in the door way is half in shadow and hard to make out,
this makes me feel their is a barrier of some sort between us, emphasised
by the strange shaping of the picture.

It somehow evokes feelings of loss or death in me.
Maybe that's just my mood but I get it from this picture.

Sorry, like last week, I can't help the size... (IE -- It's not my picture.)

I'm struggling with this one too... I think I will download it when I get home and size it up a bit more... there may be some detail here that I can't see... if not, I'm lost as to how to comment on it. It looks like a cool trick of the lens or some photoshopping maybe, but I can't seem to really draw any type of meaning from this photo. ....just call me "shallow john"...

As for technical flaws... I don't care. Art doesn't have to be technically perfect. That's just for DPC photos :) ;)

Looks like a relection off a round shape to me.

the "milkdrop" has an interesting shape. the lines lead me up to the top of the picture and away from teh person at the bottom but then the curve on the right side of the point seems to push me down again.
