| I'm not very sure if Healing Brush is not allowed for Basic editing. Someone can confirm it? |

Healing Brush would fall under the general heading of spot editing and, therefore, would be illegal in a Basic Rules challenge. Brush away to your heart's content in the Advanced Rules challenges.
